How long does Made-to-Order (MTO) production take?
MTO items are hand-tailored at our South Jakarta atelier in small batches. Production takes between 7 to 10 business days before being dispatched via JNE Express.
What is the Ready-Stock dispatch timeline?
Ready-Stock items placed before 14:00 WIB are dispatched same day via JNE YES or Paxel Same-Day courier.
What payment gateways do you accept?
We accept Duitku Virtual Account (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), Instant QRIS, GoPay, OVO, and Visa/MasterCard credit cards.
Can I exchange size if the fit is not right?
Yes. Unworn garments with tags intact can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Contact our concierge via WhatsApp.
